FIBERGLASS WALL INSULATION

THERMAL ENCLOSURE  A. All insulation installed in exterior walls and unconditioned spaces are even and uninterrupted.  B. No gaps in the insulation are visible at the top or bottom of wall cavities.  C. Insulation is not compressed.  D. The insulation completely flls the cavity behind partition blocking and open corners.  E. Insulation is cut out around electrical outlets and foamed behind the boxes.  F. Insulation is split around electrical wires, pipes, and other obstacles in wall cavities.  G. If faced batts are used, check that the facing is towards the correct side.
