The Playbook you are reviewing is part of the overall “Century University” program, consisting of Playbooks, online and feld training, along with leadership training, and other key performance indicators. At Century, we are committed to your professional development and are excited to see you prosper and grow as a result! Workday Learning Management System (LMS) Via HR’s Workday platform, new hires and existing associates will be assigned an array of online courses covering Construction, Customer Relations, Purchasing, Land Development and other departments. They are generally very short in length, with more complex courses taking a little more time to complete. The spirit of the program is to assist with your personal development. As a result, Century will beneft from your ongoing education in areas related to your job, along with other disciplines to help make you more well rounded in your career. You will have 2 weeks in which to read these checklists and then sign the Construction Standards Checklists Acknowledgement in Workday. You will get out of the curriculum what you put into it. Make your training count!

Century University does not replace face-to-face training or the learning that comes from job shadowing. While these courses give brief doses of training, Century is also investing in feld training.
