• Take your Construction Manager to lunch to learn a bit more about what he/she does. Ask them what a typical day looks like for them. Ask if there is anything you could do to help ease their work load.

• Do you have a particular Trade Partner/Supplier that seems difficult? Try putting yourself in his/her shoes. Is there something you could do to improve that relationship? Could you remove an obstacle for him/her to complete their work on time, with great quality and cleanliness?
