Clarification

Further clarification: If a “to top of 1stplate option” is selected on a two-story family room, this option will dead end at the top of the first floor. Brick and stone will have a cap at the top, while tile will transition to drywall. To extend to the top of the two-story family room, an additional extension option must be added.
