East Virginia Village Metropolitan District Effective as of January 2023 Total Mill Levy: 128 Mills

Total Monthly Operation Fee: $ 60.00 The District approximates additional fees for calendar year $60.00 per month/per townhome unit to cover operational costs typically associated with items such as trash/recycling collection and/or snow removal. These fees can be amended by Resolution of the District Board of Directors from time to time. Includes:

Metro District Services Includes: • Common Area Landscape Maintenance & Irrigation Water • Common Area Snow Removal • Insurance for Common Area & District Owned Property (owners insure unit) • Contribution to Reserve Account • Covenant Enforcement • Architectural Review • Professional Management & Accounting Services • Metro District Debt Service
