Ryan Farahani IT Systems Analyst

Ryan joins Inspire as an IT Systems Analyst in our Newport Beach, CA office. Ryan started his career as a Graphic Artist working for Creative Imaging for about 5 years. While in art school, Ryan really enjoyed programming and IT and decide to change careers and his major. Most recently, Ryan was a Full Stack Developer with CVC Legal Solutions in Orange, CA. Fun fact: Ryan was born and raised in Iran. After moving to the states, he developed a love for the national parks. His favorite national park is Olympic National Park in Washington State.

Darin Blades VP of Title Operations

Darin has been in the title industry for most of his career. Twenty years ago he moved to Arizona from Colorado and worked as a consultant with the Department of Transportation. When this job ended he was recruited by a friend to Ryland Title providing title support to Ryland Homes. He really enjoyed the builder side of the business and has remained there since. He has been through several mergers to include Ryland/Standard Pacific and CalAtlan tic/Lennar. He was also involved in the start up of ClosingMark Title supporting William Lyon Homes. Darin is excited to join Parkway Title. Fun fact: Darin recently purchased season passes to the Suns games. He and his son have been watching the Suns and enjoying their winning season. Darin also enjoys being out side and playing golf. Debbie Bard joins Parkway Title (soon to be IHL Escrow in California) as the Escrow Manager. Debbie has worked in the industry, and specifically the builder environment for more than 30 years. She has worked for large, national homebuilders to include Standard Pacific and Lennar. She has been on the escrow side of the business for the past 7 years. Most recent ly she worked for The Escrow Specialists in Irvine, California. Debbie will be working out of the Newport Beach office. Fun fact: Debbie is a transporter for rescue dogs. She travels to Tijuana, San Diego, and Orange County to transport unwanted and sometimes injured dogs to foster or put up for adoption. Debbie Bard Escrow Manager
