SUMMER Adjust sprinkler system settings for season
Apply pest control Change HVAC filter
Check drainage swales for proper rain water flow Check smoke and carbon monoxide detectors Inspect backsplash caulking and re-caulk as needed Inspect weather-stripping on all doors Monitor secondary A/C condenser Test alarm system (if applicable) Test GFCI receptacles Clean cabinets per manufacturer recommendations Water heater maintenance per manufacturer recommendations FALL Weatherproof home, caulk windows, gaps & repair stucco cracks Change HVAC filter Check smoke and carbon monoxide detectors Clean gutters and downspouts Inspect furnace for proper operation Inspect shower and tub caulking and re-caulk as needed Inspect dryer vent and clean out any lint and debris
