HOW TO REQUEST WARRANTY SERVICE How Homeowners Request Service & Track Tickets In The Homeowner Portal
Century requires all Homeowners to register for an account to access the Homeowner Portal. This way, they can easily submit and track the status of their tickets in the system. The following outlines how Homeowners sign in, submit and track tickets. • If a Homeowner has previously established an account, they will simply click “Sign In” via the Dashboard by clicking the icon in the top right corner of the screen. • Once they have submitted their warranty issue, a ticket number will be generated, and the ticket status can be checked by selecting the “Warranty Claims” link. • In the portal, you are able to see the ticket number, date of submission, whether the request type was “Standard” or “Emergency,” the status of the ticket (Pending, Assigned, or Closed), and the ability for the Homeowner to “View Details” of their request.” • By selecting “View Details,” you can see the ticket number and issue. The Homeowner can submit chat-like messages to their Customer Relations Manager regarding the ticket and provide feedback (if the ticket has not been closed yet).
