Jen Bland Loan Officer | 340304

We are very excited to welcome Jen back to Inspire. Jen worked for Inspire on the retail side in 2021 as a loan officer. Jen has been hired to support the West which includes - CA, WA, AZ and TX. She has been in the industry for 29 years. Most recently, she worked for Union Home Loans/Ameritrust Home Mortgage. Fun fact: Jen loves to cook. She is also a neighbor of Stefanie Delmar in Southern California.

Josh Hall Loan Officer | 1316637

Josh has been hired to support the East which includes GA and FL. Josh worked for Pulte Mortgage for 4 ½ years and most recently was a Mortgage Loan Consultant for Taylor Morrison Home Funding. He has been in the industry for about 9 years. Fun fact: Josh has 4 boys ages 11, 15, 16, 17 – needless to say, he has his hands full.

Mireya Maribona Loan Officer | 907238

Mireya has been hired to support the Florida market. She has been in the industry for 21 years. Most recently, she worked as a Loan Originator for LGI Mortgage Solutions/loanDepot. Fun fact: Mireya loves to travel, her most recent vacation was to Barcelona, Spain.

Scott Mays Loan Officer | 692939

Scott has been hired as a Loan Officer supporting the Texas market. He will be working out of the Greenwood Village, CO office. Scott has been in the industry for 20 years and spent time with Wells Fargo, Chase and Pulte Mortgage. Most recently, he was a Mortgage Consultant with American Funding. Fun fact: Scott has an 8 year old son and 3 step children. He enjoys mountain biking in the great state of Colorado.

Tara Rinehart Escrow Manager

Tara is our new Escrow Manager with Parkway Title in Maitland, Florida. Tara has been in the escrow industry for 32 years. She started working for her mom, who owned a title company, while in college. Eventually, she took over her mom’s office and quickly realized escrow was in her blood. Prior to join ing Parkway, the majority of Tara’s escrow business has been in the retail market. She is very excited to continue to grow her knowledge working for a builder. Fun fact: Tara was born in Ohio and moved to Florida when her dad bought Stanley Steamer Carpet Cleaner. She and her parents are the best of friends and live about 20 minutes from each other. Tara and her boyfriend rescue English Mastiff dogs. She currently has Jagger, who is 200 lbs. and Adie, who is 175 lbs. These are her 10th and 11th Mastiffs. Tara is also a “Marilyn Monroe freak”.

Patty Chavez Escrow Officer

Patty joins Parkway Title as an Escrow Officer in our Green wood Village office. Patty has been in the title/escrow busi ness for 29 years working for Heritage Title Company. Un fortunately, she was recently laid off due to the decrease in volume. She has always loved working with builders and has handled closings for Shea, David Weekly, Dreamfinders, Toll Brothers and Meritage (to name a few). She is very excited to join our team. Fun fact: Patty lives with her sister and has 2 Shih Tzu puppies; Sutton and Angel. There is a lot of puppy love in her house!

Claresse Medlock Escrow Officer

Clare joins the Houston Parkway Title team as an Escrow Officer. Clare has been in the title/escrow industry since 1998 working for Wed Coast Escrow in California. In 2014, she moved to Texas and worked for Stewart Title and most recently, Texas American Title Company. Fun fact: Clare is a self proclaimed “goof ball” and loves playing and watching Jeopardy.

Kevin Parks Title Officer

Kevin joins Parkway Title as a Title Officer located in our Las Vegas office. Kevin has been in the title industry since 1987. He has worked for several large title companies which include Fidelity, Lawyers, Nevada Title, First American and most recently Premier American Title. Fun fact: Kevin was born and raised in Las Vegas. He is currently raising his nephew’s two children ages 7 & 8.

Heather Barsh Escrow Officer

Heather joins Parkway Title as an Escrow Officer working in our Jacksonville, Florida office. Heather has been in the escrow/title industry for about a year, most recently working for Kendall Title Services as an Escrow Officer. Previously, she held various positions within the banking/credit union industry which included Assistant Branch Manager, Member Relationship Specialist, and Teller Supervisor. Fun fact: Heather has 2 dogs – a corgi and a chihuahua.

Deanna Keaney Loan Processor

Deanna joins Inspire as a Loan Processor working out of the Greenwood Village, CO office where she will process loans for our California divisions. Deanna has been in the mortgage industry since 2010. She started her processing career with Pulte Mortgage and was there for 10 years. Most recently, Deanna was processing for Guild Mortgage. Fun fact: Prior to working in the mortgage business, Deanna was a nanny. She nannied twins, triplets and quadruplets. Over the years, she has cared for hundreds of kids.

G’vanti Carter Escrow Officer

G’vanti joins Parkway Title as an Escrow Off icer in our Greenwood Vi l lage, CO branch. G’vanti has more than 5 years of industry experience. She started her career working for a mortgage servicing company handl ing doc imaging. As she learned the business she was offered an opportunity to work for Town & Country Title (Oakwood Homes) . She was with Town & Country for about 3 years and went to work for Lennar Title (Lennar Homes) as a Licensed Escrow Officer, solidifying her experience working with the homebuilder partner. Fun fact: G’vanti is a Colorado native and grew up in the greater Denver area.

Ryan Farahani IT Systems Analyst

Ryan joins Inspire as an IT Systems Analyst in our Newport Beach, CA office. Ryan started his career as a Graphic Artist working for Creative Imaging for about 5 years. While in art school, Ryan really enjoyed programming and IT and decide to change careers and his major. Most recently, Ryan was a Full Stack Developer with CVC Legal Solutions in Orange, CA. Fun fact: Ryan was born and raised in Iran. After moving to the states, he developed a love for the national parks. His favorite national park is Olympic National Park in Washington State.

Darin Blades VP of Title Operations

Darin has been in the title industry for most of his career. Twenty years ago he moved to Arizona from Colorado and worked as a consultant with the Department of Transportation. When this job ended he was recruited by a friend to Ryland Title providing title support to Ryland Homes. He really enjoyed the builder side of the business and has remained there since. He has been through several mergers to include Ryland/Standard Pacific and CalAtlan tic/Lennar. He was also involved in the start up of ClosingMark Title supporting William Lyon Homes. Darin is excited to join Parkway Title. Fun fact: Darin recently purchased season passes to the Suns games. He and his son have been watching the Suns and enjoying their winning season. Darin also enjoys being out side and playing golf. Debbie Bard joins Parkway Title (soon to be IHL Escrow in California) as the Escrow Manager. Debbie has worked in the industry, and specifically the builder environment for more than 30 years. She has worked for large, national homebuilders to include Standard Pacific and Lennar. She has been on the escrow side of the business for the past 7 years. Most recent ly she worked for The Escrow Specialists in Irvine, California. Debbie will be working out of the Newport Beach office. Fun fact: Debbie is a transporter for rescue dogs. She travels to Tijuana, San Diego, and Orange County to transport unwanted and sometimes injured dogs to foster or put up for adoption. Debbie Bard Escrow Manager

Kris Roe Escrow Officer

Kris joins Parkway Title as an Escrow Officer in our Austin office. Kris joined the industry in 2008. Prior to joining Parkway, Kris worked for Austin Title Company and M/I Homes Title. In 2019, she received the Top Builder Award and Customer Service Excel lence Awards in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. Fun fact: Kris has 3 Boston Terriers and also fosters other terriers as well.

Lindsay Long Escrow Manager

Lindsay joins Parkway Title as the Escrow Manager in Austin,TX. She has been in the escrow/title industry , on and off, for nearly 20 years. Lindsay worked at Lennar Title for 7 years which has helped her gain an understanding for the builder world. Her most recent position was as an Escrow Officer with Doma Title. Fun fact: Lindsay is obsessed with animals. She volunteers every Saturday at a local dog rescue working with dogs that are difficult to adopt. She has 3 dogs of her own, as well. Dan Peterson Loan Officer | NMLS #453703 Inspire is excited to welcome back Dan Peterson. Dan has rejoined Inspire as a Loan Officer in the bay area. Previously, Dan worked for Inspire for almost 2 years and brings 20 years of mortgage experience with him. Fun fact: Dan has a dog named Spot.
