Review pre-qualification results with your Loan Officer to determine what home loan options are available to you.

After you choose your new home and apply for a loan, your Loan Officer will walk you through what documents you need to provide for loan approval.

As you approach your closing date, you’ll lock in your interest rate and work with both your Loan Officer and Loan Processor to update financial documents. Expect these documents to include updated paystubs and bank statements.
