A Monthly meeting notes are required to be distributed to meeting participants and saved within a designated project folder within 5 days after the meeting. A Site visits to verify development progress are required at least monthly weekly. A If there are required changes to the Schedule or Budget, those modifications will be included in the monthly project update. A The LD Professional is always responsible for project performance and specifically interpreting and communicating potential changes in scopes of work, schedule, and budget items on a project.
STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN (SWPPP) A SWPPP is a site-specific, written document that identifies potential sources of stormwater pollution on a project. The plan describes practices to reduce pollutants in stormwater discharges from the project site. Reduction of pollutants is often achieved by controlling the volume of stormwater runoff (e.g., taking steps to allow stormwater to infiltrate into the soil). The plan also outlines the procedures the operator will implement to comply with the terms and conditions of a construction general permit. A Division LD teams will ensure all National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) requirements are satisfied and Stormwater Prevention Plans and Procedures are prepared, permitted, and distributed before site construction activities start and maintained throughout LD activities. A The LD team will be responsible for maintaining the plan, documenting all activities, and addressing any issues (internally or via a Third-Party consultant) during the LD process. A The LD team will also be responsible for enforcing all federal, state, and local requirements in addition to PSA verbiage (on developer-supplied lots) related to Stormwater Management and general site cleanliness during the LD process. A The vertical construction team will be responsible for SWPPP once the community and/or individual finished lots are turned over from the LD team to the vertical construction team.
Development Start Notice Divisions shall notify NLD in writing of their AMC approval to start LD with links to appropriate written approvals within the project file. If the budgets have been updated from the prior AMC approval, the divisions must inform LSS and confirm that the finance budget has been updated to reflect the approved LD Budget.
IMPORTANT! Failure to implement your SWPPP could result in significant fines from EPA or state and local environmental agencies.
