PART 1: APPLIANCES - CONSUMER PRODUCTS Your new home contains a number of consumer products that were not manufactured by Century Communities. These include, but are not limited to, heating, cooling and ventilation equipment, electrical devices such as smokedetectors and garagedoor openers aswell as appliances like refrigerators, ovens, microwaves anddishwashers. Consumer products are not covered by the Century Communities’ Warranty, but instead are covered by a separate manufacturer’s warranty. See the Century Communities’ Warranty for additional information about consumer products. If you have a problemwith a consumer product during the fit-and-finishwarranty period, please consult your Customer Service Team for help in contacting the manufacturer or local distributor. Some major items such as water heaters and heating and cooling equipment may have warranties that exceed the fit-and-finish warranty period. Please consult the manufacturer’s warranty for specific warranty terms and service information. Manufacturer’s warranties are provided to homeowners by Century Communities. PART 2: COUNTERTOPS, VANITIES, CABINETS AND MIRRORS A. Laminated and solid surface counter and vanity tops Gaps in seams should not exceed 1/16th of an inch. Counter and vanity tops should not deviate from level bymore than 3/8th of an inch over a 10-foot length. Laminated surfaces should adhere to the base material. Counter and vanity tops that do not meet these standards will be repaired or replaced. Damage not caused by Century Communities is not covered under the Century Communities’ Warranty.  TIP: Homeowners should not allow liquids to pool on counter surfaces and must not place hot objects on the counter surface. Homeowners should avoid opening dishwashers during the drying cycle as steam will cause laminated countertops to separate. Cracks in tile counter or vanity tops should not exceed 1/16th of an inch or deviate from level by more than 3/8ths of an inch over a 10-foot length. Counter and vanity tops that do not meet these standards will be repaired. Damage not caused by Century Communities is not covered by the Century Communities’ Warranty. If repair or replacement is required, it may not be possible to match original material due to natural variations in materials. B. Tile counter and vanity tops
