Under or Over-Cabinet Lights The selection of optional under-or over-cabinet lighting provides either task lighting or atmosphere to your kitchen. We suggest you note the size and type of bulbs in these fixtures and keep replacements on hand. Ceiling Fans The ceiling fixture boxes will not support ceiling fans. Only the outlets designated on your plans will be braced to support a fan.

TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS: NO ELECTRICAL SERVICE

No Electrical Service Anywhere in the Home Before calling for service, check to confirm that the:

• Service is not out in the entire area. If so, contact the utility company. • Main breaker and individual breakers are all in the on position.

No Electrical to One or More Outlets Before calling for service, check to confirm that:

• The main breaker and individual breakers are all in the on position. • The applicable wall switch is on. • The GFCI is set ( see details on GFCIs on page 5.16 ). • The item you want to use is plugged in. • The item you want to use works in other outlets. • The bulb in the lamp is good. Even if the troubleshooting tips do not identify a solution, the information you gather will be useful to the service provider you call. Century Communities Limited Warranty Guidelines Prior to the orientation, we confirm that light fixtures are in acceptable condition and that all bulbs are working. Century Communities limited warranty excludes any fixture you supplied. Designed Load Century Communities will repair any electrical wiring that fails to carry its designed load to meet specifications. If electrical outlets, switches or fixtures do not function as intended, Century Communities will repair or replace them within the applicable warranty period. GFCI (Ground-Fault Circuit-Interrupters) Century Communities is not responsible for food spoilage that results from your plugging refrigerators or freezers into a GFCI outlet.
