Submit an online prequalification through the Century Communities website.

Speak with your Loan Officer to discuss the results of your prequalification to become fully informed of your financing choices.

Choose your new home. Apply. Provide your Loan Officer with the requested documentation to prepare for a loan approval.

Century Communities provides this Homebuyer’s Guide to help you navigate the process of buying your new home. We are excited for you to meet the team! Please let us know if we can answer any questions or concerns.

As you approach your closing date, lock your interest rate and work with both your Loan Officer and Loan Processor to update financial documents. Providing updated paystubs and bank statements is normal.

Once an underwriter reviews your loan, your Loan Officer reviews your conditional loan approval and the next steps with you.

PRE-DRYWALL ORIENTATION For buyers that purchase a home before construction starts, we offer the opportunity to attend a Pre-Drywall Orientation, where you’ll get to see the quality behind the walls and how well your home is built. PRE-CLOSE ORIENTATION Approximately 1 week before you get your keys and move-in, a Century Communities team member will set up an appointment so that you can walk your finished home and learn how your home functions and how to best maintain it.

07 CROSSING THE FINISH LINE

All of your hard work pays off! At final approval, loan documents will be sent to the closing agent for you to sign and finish your home purchase!
