Heating and cooling systems that do not meet this standardwill be repaired. Vibration from heating or cooling equipment Heating and cooling systems containmanymoving partswhich inevitably produce some vibration and minor noises. This is not a construction defect and is not covered under the Century Communities’ Warranty. Condensate line is clogged Condensationon the air conditioning coil is a normal occurrence. The condensate line is designed to drain water from the area surrounding the air conditioning coil. Condensate lines thatbecomeclogged will be repaired. Condensation on ductwork or register Under certain temperatureandhumidityconditionsmoisture in the airmay condense ontometal surfaces likeductworkand registers. Air filters and air return intakes

 TIP: Air filters are required to be changed monthly to maintain indoor air quality, comfort, airflow and to prevent premature failure of heating, cooling and ventilation equipment. To ensure proper operation of the HVAC system, homeowners should avoid blocking air intake and discharge vents. Air filter maintenance is not covered under the Century Communities’ Warranty.

PART 14: PLUMBING A.

Toilet, sink or bath does not drain properly Toilets, sinks and baths that clog due to a construction defect will be repaired. Toilets, sinks or baths that become clogged due to improper use are not covered under the Century Communities’ Warranty. Homeowners should not flush foreign objects in toilets and should not dispose of non liquid substances in sinks. See disposal instructions for limitations on food disposal. Homeowners should not use toilet sanitizing tablets as they will cause rubber seals in toilets to degrade.
